How do I create an account?
  First, you will need to become a Seda France retailer by completing and submitting a Wholesale Application. Also, be sure to review our Wholesale Terms & Conditions. Once approved – or if you are already a wholesale customer – you will then:

1)
Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Look for "New Customers/Account" on the right.
3) Click the "Continue" button.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Once we have verified that you are a Seda France wholesale customer, we will activate your account and contact you. Please note: Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be able to enter your zip code for a shipping quote.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  We'll do all we can to make certain you're satisfied with your purchase. Seda France will accept returns on items purchased through the website for up to 30 days after receipt for any reason. To return or exchange a purchase, please email customer service and be sure to include your order number, desired action (return or exchange), and a brief reason for the return/exchange. Except in the case of defective merchandise or a mistake made by Seda France in filling the order (e.g. incorrect product or quantity shipped), we are unable to refund shipping charges.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please photograph the damage, keep the item and packaging, and email the photo and any relevant information to us at [email protected]. We'll contact you, if necessary, and send instructions on how claims are handled.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact [email protected].
When will my order ship?
  Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 48-72 hours of receipt, Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). From time to time, an item may go into backorder without notice, causing a delay in shipping. We will inform you of any backorder issues.
