Shipping & Returns

Once you've successfully submitted your order, you'll almost immediately receive an automatic confirmation of your transaction to the email address you provided (so be sure to check and double-check that you've entered the address correctly). When your order ships out, we'll email with confirmation and a tracking number.
Shipping: All shipments are sent F.O.B. Austin, Texas by UPS Ground Service; No Residential Shipping. All shipping is to commercial address only and any applicable charges for non-adherence are the responsibility of and will be charged back to buyer; no P.O. boxes or home addresses. Erroneous shipping instructions will also be charged back to buyer. Customer pays all shipping fees. If purchaser requires that special routing instructions be followed, handling fees will be assessed on per box basis. Special routing instructions must be included with every order submitted to SEDA FRANCE. Charge-backs are not allowed.
Returns: All returns must be reported to SEDA FRANCE within (3) business days upon receipt of delivery. Authorization will be issued at the discretion of SEDA FRANCE. Returns must be approved by Seda France and accompanied by an RA number issued by Seda France. Unauthorized returns or refused shipments will not be credited. Authorized returned goods must be in original condition and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. On any refused shipments, customers will be charged roundtrip freight and applicable restocking fees. Cancellation of order must be requested in writing and will be accepted only if received one day prior to shipment of order. Refunds will take form of in-house credit unless otherwise stated.
Damages: If you receive merchandise that has been damaged during shipping, save all packaging and damaged merchandise for UPS to inspect, take pictures of damaged merchandise to provide to Seda France, and call our office within 48 hrs with tracking number(s) of damaged box(es). Seda France will issue a return authorization if necessary. Freight damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please photograph the damage, keep the item and packaging, and email the photo and any relevant information to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll contact you, if necessary, and send instructions on how claims are handled.

Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 48-72 hours of receipt, Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays). From time to time, an item may go into backorder without notice, causing a delay in shipping. We will inform you of any backorder issues.
